  1. WCULIST is a fast and easy program that makes
  2. a list of all user names from the Wildcat 3.x
  3. database.  (The sysop's name isn't included).
  4. This list is very handy if you use Dave Codys
  5. POSTMSTR program and will let you send 'per  
  6. sonalized' messages to all users.  You may   
  7. think of other uses as well.
